Why partnering with Clickmykids Photography?

I’m a local, small, women-owned photography company offering a highly personalized Picture Day experience. My goal is simple: capture each student’s authentic personality and deliver beautiful, high-quality images that families truly love.

How the Process Works

My process is designed to be simple, organized, and stress-free for your staff.

  • There is no need for the school to collect order forms or payments, everything is handled online.

  • I manage all communication with families before, during, and after Picture Day to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for the school.

  • All Picture Day details (viewing, ordering, and pricing) are shared with parents through a private webpage created exclusively for your school.

  • How Picture Day is organized:

    • We'll work together to create a Picture Day schedule that fits your daily routine and minimizes classroom disruption.

    • I photograph students class by class using a roster provided by the school to ensure every student is photographed.

    • I arrive 30 minutes early for setup, and classes are sent in the order that best fits the school daily schedule.

  • During our session, I recommend:

    • Teachers to stay with their class during their scheduled photo time, as children tend to feel more comfortable and confident with their teacher nearby.

    • Children arrive with clean faces and ready for photos.

    • Classes come to the photo area in small groups (about five children at a time).

      Having classmates watch while they wait often helps children feel relaxed and confident when it's their turn. I also keep tissues and a brush on hand for any last-minute touch-ups.

Retakes & Make-Up Day

Yes — I do offer one make-up/retake session. This covers:

  • Students who are absent on Picture Day

  • Students that aren't quite ready for photos on Picture Day.

What is the cost to schools & families?

My sessions are always cost-free for schools.

Families simply order if they love their photos! There is no upfront payment and no obligation to purchase.

I offer digital images and prints à la carte, as well as packages to fit all budgets.

Before Picture Day

What does the school need to do to prepare?

  • School send me students informations: first & last name, dob, and parent email.

    Providing this information allows me to create secure, organized online galleries for each child and ensures a smooth delivery process.

  • I provide a private webpage to share all Picture Day information with families.

  • I provide a flyer that can be displayed at the front entrance of the school or another convenient place for parents to see. 

  • Families are always welcome to contact me directly with questions.

  • Sibling photos and class photos can also be scheduled if desired.

  • I offer both indoor and outdoor sessions, taking advantage of natural light whenever possible.

    • Indoor sessions:

      • Neutral, distraction-free backdrop

      • Professional studio lighting (no flashes, so kids aren’t startled)

      • If possible, I like to set up near a window to incorporate beautiful natural light.

    • Outdoor sessions (weather permitting):

      • Location chosen together (green areas, brick walls, playground, etc.)

      • Tent provided if needed to create open shade, plus a bench for seating

Gallery Delivery & Ordering

  • Online gallery is ready approximately a couple of days after Picture Day.

  • Once ready, online gallery is access through the school’s private webpage and both the school and parents are notified.

  • Each kid will have approximately 5 to 10 professionally edited images (color and b&w) and families can choose prints and/or digital files. All ordering and payment are handled easily online.

    • Digital orders: digital files will be automatically sent via email shortly after orders are processed.

    • Print orders: Free delivery to your school for print orders placed within the 2-weeks ordering window, with direct shipping option also available.

  • Families have 2 weeks to place orders.

  • After the deadline, print orders close and only digital orders remain available.

  • Parents receive two reminder emails before the deadline.

  • I keep all proof files indefinitely, so families can still order later if needed.
